Where will I stay?
We have established relationships with local short-term fully furnished apartments. You will have the best available accommodation, which is included in the program cost. These are apartments which have been selected for their location of walking distance to public transportation as well as restaurants and shopping. These apartment are located in the best areas of the city where you may walk and enjoy the city at night. The apartment will be shared with other students in the program. The apartments are move-in ready with internet and cable TV. Each apartment has a full kitchen with all pot, pan, dishes which will be required. The apartment includes sheets and towels for your stay.

How much should I budget for living expenses?
Depending on your lifestyle, budget between $500 and $900 per month for, food, nightlife, souvenir.
Our team will recommend the best places to eat, visit and get fun which you deserved.
What the cost of the of this internship experience and what included. (8-week program)
The cost for the program is USD (see cost and Application for current cost tab). Fifty percent on acceptance to the program and full payment 60 days before the start of the program.

What is there to do in Argentina?
As you may know, Buenos Aires is the city that never gets sleep. The south of Argentina has places that you will enjoy to visit, such as Bariloche, San Martin de Los Andes and more where the view is extremely invaluable. (see Cultural link for travel opportunities)
We will work with your group before you arrive to come up with a package of excursions to meet your interest

How do I get around?
Local transports are very accessible in Buenos Aires. Subway, Bus, Trains, and Taxi. We will provide a SUBE card with an initial load for bus and trains. We will also show you how to use public transportation

How long are Globalearn-IT Intern Abroad programs?
Our typical program is (8 weeks) and (4 weeks) in duration. We will work with you if a shorter or longer length is required. We have had students from 1 month to 6 months.

What is the selection criteria?
After you send in the application form we will interview you to understand your goals and expectations. We will then match you with an opportunity which matches. The process typically takes about 2 weeks but should be completed at least 2 months before your planned arrival.
It is not required to have a level of Spanish.

Can I get paid for my internship?
Globalearn-IT arranges unpaid intern opportunities for students and professionals looking to gain valuable experience in Argentina.

Can I get university credit for the experience
Yes, we work with most universities to give university credit. You will need to talk with your university department to see if there are any special requirements ate your university. We will work with you and your university to meet all requirements. You may do your internship for experience only if credits are not needed or required.
